Damage during shipping...

good morning,
I am terribly sorry but I have to file a report that the delivery has been damaged during transport. I was just wrapping up the whole thing as a Christmas present when I noticed that the little case containing the prepared slides made a very suspicious crunchy sound reminiscent of crushed glass so I opened it and indeed, around 7 of those 25 slides didn't make it. considering that this part of the order did not receive any additional cautioning but was just placed in the box and left to float there next to the microscope, I am not terribly surprised. those boxes are not always being handled carefully.
i am attaching a couple of pictures and will be happy to hear from you!
Considering the fragile nature of the content this little box would have done with a layer of crumpled paper or air cushioning.

if there is any way you can replace the missing slides with more appropriate packaging I could also provide a German shipping address I noticed your ship from the Netherlands so that would make the journey a little less prone to hazard.
